History
The Junior college wing for the girls started under the name of Tilak High school & Jr. College in the year 1986. It started with Art and commerce streams and later in 1994 science stream was added to the college, which started with only 92 students and now has approximately 1400 students on its record in year 2002-2003. This is only college, which starts with a prayer assembly.

Subjects offered:
Arts: English, Marathi, Hindi, Sanskrit, Geography, History, Psychology, Politics, Sociology, Home Science, Child development, Economics, Co-operation, Logic and Philosophy.

Commerce: English, Marathi, Hindi, Sanskrit, Economics, Co-operation, Book Keeping, Accountancy, Organization of Commerce.

Science: English, Marathi, Hindi, Sanskrit, Geography, Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Math’s.
