History: -As per Atake residence past students of Tilak High
School demands Shikshan Mandal Karad to start English medium school in Atake. This branch is established on 21^st July 2002 at Atake.
Mrs.Meena K.Gavhane is the head Mistress of this rural branch of Shikshan Mandal Karad. Though in the preliminary stage it is working efficiently due to co-operation shown by the villagers.
Their staff consists of 5 teaching & one non-teaching members
And about 65 students are learning in the school in four standard.
Exam results of this school are also 100%.
In this school various competitions are also held each year like drawing competition, hand writing competition, story telling competition, etc. Extra Co-curricular activities like summer camp, greeting card project, medical camp, and picnic are arranged.   
It celebrates Tilak Punyatithi, Independence Day, children day &so many functions &festivals.
